Block + Lot: Real Estate

Block + Lot is a real estate firm, born of pride of place and fierce determination. Clay, Peter, and Greg left the traditional colonials and picket fences behind to make an impact on the central Kentucky real estate market in a whole new way. They have a passion for improving this area, and a unique combination of experience, innovation, and digital expertise. They enlisted us to create a name and identity to propel their vision.

We created an image that is simple yet distinct – that would let the space speak for itself without all the red, white, and blue clutter you so often see littering the yards and lots of available properties. The central image plays on blueprint imagery and uses negative space to imply the possibilities in the space itself. Letting the viewer imagine what it could be. They are now leading the real estate industry in central Kentucky.
