WHAT YOU’LL DO
+ Articulate an organization’s core values visually
+ Carry idea from concept to execution
+ Create designs that strengthen our client’s brands
WHAT YOU NEED
+ High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
+ Experience creating visual identities
+ Basic experience designing responsive websites
+ Clean and elegant design aesthetic
+ Strong eye for layout, color, and typography
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
+ Desire to work with other designers
+ Ability to present work internally and explain work/ideas to clients
+ Ability to accept constructive feedback and adjust designs as required
+ Aptitude and desire for learning new things (not exclusive to design)
+ To keep abreast of new technologies, design trends and culture changes
+ Animation skills are a bonus

Lexington has been called the Athens of the West, the Portland of Kentucky. It is the horse capitol. It is bourbon-soaked. It was a rest stop for Chicago gangsters heading to a Florida vacation. Which is a way of saying it was really fun. And, it still is. It is southern, but not cloying. It has good restaurants you can afford. It has plenty of outdoorsy stuff, artsy stuff.
