This compensation range for this position is $60-$85,000. Salary and commission structure for this position will be commensurate with experience and location. Additionally, employees immediately qualify for quarterly bonuses up to 5% of your salary.

About the position

This is a remote position with some travel required. We are seeking a full-time employee to head new client development. The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining business relationships, as well as familiarity with our target client market.

The Director of New Business (title subject to change) will primarily be responsible for new clients. You will serve as the door opener with new contacts, screening potential leads to determine if they need our services and match our values. With time and success, your responsibilities may grow to manage our entire business development process. At Bullhorn, everyone works closely together. You will work closely with our Director of Operations, Language Director, Creative Director, and several partners to research, develop, propose, and secure new business.

What you will do
+ Build and manage relationships with potential clients, primarily focused on the impact sector
+ Represent Bullhorn at conferences, trade shows, and other events and locations where organizational values alignment exists
+ Recruit and help secure new clients
+ Assist with Bullhorn marketing and business development processes
