Language Director - Bullhorn

Career:
Language Director

BACKGROUND

Language is important at Bullhorn. Holding language and design side-by-side sets us apart from other branding companies that usually start with design. Sure, other people talk about their language process. But, they aren’t as good at it as we are. We intend to be the best. No pressure.

We take a non-traditional approach. We don’t come from advertising or marketing backgrounds (though, you wouldn’t be excluded if you do). Our process helps us get to an organization’s core so that we can write for them confidently in a vocabulary comfortable to them. The challenge is to continue to evolve our process so that we are doing it in an engaging way that produces results.

You will need to be a self-starter comfortable running group activities with smart people. You will need to be able to think strategically and creatively. You will need to be comfortable writing a lot and throwing most of it away. And, you will need to excel in presenting your team’s work to our clients. Some travel will be required.

If this sounds like you, read on. We are excited to get to know you.
